Regulation 5 Schedule
(1)
The amendment in paragraph (2) applies to the entries in the Schedule under the heading “Other educational bodies” which begin—
(a)
“The board of management”; and
(b)
“The governing body”.
(2)
For “fundable body (within the meaning of section 6(2)”, substitute “post-16 education body (within the meaning of section 35(1)”.
