This Draft Statutory Instrument has been printed in substitution of the Draft Statutory Instruments of the same title, which were laid on 7th and 8th March 2007, and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those Draft Statutory Instruments.

The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 81(1) of the Equality Act 2006^f1.

In accordance with section 81(4)(b) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
