(a)

in the heading and in paragraph 1, for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(b)

in paragraph 2—

(i)

in point (a)—

(aa)

for points (i) and (ii) substitute—

“(i)

Article 9 of this Regulation or of the EU Regulation, for equidae born in the United Kingdom or the Union; or

(ii)

Article 14 of this Regulation or of the EU Regulation, for equidae imported into the United Kingdom or the Union;”;

(bb)

in point (iii), after “30” insert “of this Regulation or of the EU Regulation,”;

(cc)
