Articles 2(2) and 3(2) of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 2 Territories) Order 2003f1 are amended by omitting “Italy”.
(2)
Article 2(2) of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 1 Territories) Order 2003f2 is amended by inserting “Italy” after “Ireland”.
