Article 9 The Civil Partnership Act 2004

In paragraph (a) of each of subsections (2) and (3) of section 108 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004^f1 (interests of heritable creditors), for “an affidavit sworn or affirmed” substitute “a written declaration signed”.
