Article 35 Amendment of the Family Proceedings Fees Order 2008
For article 1(2)(b), substitute—
“(b)“the FPR 2010” means the Family Procedure Rules 2010; and
(c)expressions also used in the FPR 2010 have the same meaning as in the FPR 2010.”.
