Paragraph 1 Consequential amendments to primary legislation

The Housing Associations Act 1985^f1 is amended as follows.

In section 84(5)(a)^f2 (agreements to indemnify certain lenders), for “the Financial Services Authority” substitute “the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority”.

In section 86(4)^f3 (agreements to indemnify building societies: Scotland), for “the Financial Services Authority” substitute “the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority”.
