Paragraph 2 Consequential amendments to primary legislation

(1)

In the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986^f1 listed in sub-paragraph (2), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority”.

(2)

The provisions are—

(a)

section 124(4AA)^f2 (application for winding up);

(b)

section 124C(1)(b) and (2)(b)^f3 (petition for winding up a European cooperative society).
