Paragraph 4 Consequential amendments to primary legislation

In section 229(4) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987^f1 (local authority indemnities for building societies, etc.), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority”.
