Section 63A^f1 (disclosure of information) is amended as follows.

For subsection (1)(b)(i), substitute—

“(i)

the FCA;

(ia)

the PRA;”.

In subsections (1)(b)(ii) and (iii) and (2)(b), for “Authority” substitute “FCA or the PRA”.
