Section 78f1 (laying and furnishing of accounts and reports) is amended as follows.

In subsections (1)(b), (2)(b), (3) and (4), for “Authority” substitute “FCA and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person, the PRA”.
(3)
In subsection (8), for “Authority” substitute “FCA”.
