Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

  • “the Act” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000;

  • “the FCA” means the Financial Conduct Authority;

  • “the PRA” means the Prudential Regulation Authority; and

  • “the Principal Order” means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001f1.
