Paragraph 3 Modification of legislation

The amendments made by regulations 32, 33, 105 to 107, 183 and 184 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019^f1 do not apply in relation to a transitional insurance business transfer scheme.
