Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations—

  • “the 1993 Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 1993f1;

  • “the 2013 Act” means the Public Service Pensions Act 2013;

  • “the new scheme” means the scheme established by regulation 2 of the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England) Regulations 2014f2; and

  • “old scheme” means the scheme constituted by the Firemen’s Pension Scheme Order 1992f3 or the scheme constituted by the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England) Order 2006f4.
