The Grants for Fishing and Aquaculture Industries Regulations 2015^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3—

(a)

in paragraph (1), omit—

(i)

“of Article 123”;

(ii)

“EMFF”;

(b)

in paragraph (3)—

(i)

omit “EMFF” in the first place it occurs;

(ii)

for “drawn up for the purposes of Article 17” substitute “referred to in Article 18”.
