Regulation 2 The Food (Lot Marking) Regulations 1996

In regulation 4 of the Food (Lot Marking) Regulations 1996f1, after paragraph (g) insert—

“(h)

a sales unit of food that is a qualifying Northern Ireland good within the meaning given to it from time to time in regulations made under section 8C(6) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.”.
