Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, etc.f1, is amended as follows.

In Article 1(5)(e)(ii), omit “or Commission implementing Regulation (EU) No 872/2012” to the end.
