Regulation 5 Amendment of Regulation (EC) 852/2004

(a)

for paragraph 4, substitute—

“4.

The criteria, requirements and targets referred to in paragraph 3, and associated sampling and analysis methods shall be prescribed by the appropriate authority.”;

(b)

in paragraph 5, for “Community or national” substitute “United Kingdom”.
