Confirmation that the person named in paragraph 1—

(a)

will put in place appropriate measures, as necessary, to prevent material from the precision bred organism being marketed until such time as a precision bred confirmation is issued in respect of the organism, and

(b)

has assessed that all organisms covered by the release notice meet the criteria for a precision bred organism set out in section 1(2) of the Act (precision bred organism).
