Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Genetically Modified Organisms (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
(2)
The following provisions of these Regulations come into force immediately before regulation 12 of the Food and Farming Regulations comes into force—
(a)
this regulation;
(b)
regulation 2;
(c)
regulation 5.
(3)
Regulation 7 comes into force on IP completion day.
(4)
Otherwise these Regulations come into force immediately before IP completion day.
