In these Regulations—

  • “the Food and Farming Regulations” means the Food and Farming (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019f1;

  • “the GMO Regulations” means the Genetically Modified Organisms (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019f2.
