Article 13 Consequential provision

The Franchising Schemes and Enhanced Partnership Plans and Schemes (Provision of Information) Regulations 2017^f1 have effect in relation to the GMCA in respect of the functions specified in articles 4 and 5 as if any reference to a local transport authority included a reference to the Mayor.
