In subsection (1)(b)—

(a)

the word “and” after subparagraph (i) is omitted; and

(b)

after subparagraph (i) there is inserted—

“(ia)

in relation to the metropolitan county of Greater Manchester, the Greater Manchester Combined Authority; and”.
