Regulation 15 Green deal providers
(1)
A person may apply to the Secretary of State for authorisation to act as a green deal provider.
(2)
An applicant must—
(a)
state in an application whether authorisation is sought in respect of—
(i)
domestic properties and non-domestic properties; or
(ii)
non-domestic properties only; and
(b)
provide with an application the information in paragraphs 1 to 3 and 24 of Schedule 1.
