Regulation 11 Regulations: general

(1)

Regulations by the Secretary of State under this Part are to be made by statutory instrument subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

(2)

Regulations under this Part may—

(a)

include consequential, incidental, supplementary, transitional or saving provision (including provision amending, repealing or revoking enactments);

(b)

make different provision for different purposes.
