Coming into force in accordance with Regulation 1.
The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(6), 6(3) and 6(4) of and paragraphs 3(3), (6)(a) and (7), 4(2), 5, 6, 7, 10(1)(b), (3) and (4), 11(2) and (3), 12, 14, 15, 16 and 18 of Schedule 2 to, the Savings (Government Contributions) Act 2017f1.
A draft of this instrument was laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the House of Commons in accordance with section 4(2) of the Savings (Government Contributions) Act 2017.
