Article 146 Complaints against registered housing associations

In Schedule 2 to the Commissioner for Complaints (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (NI 7) (bodies subject to investigation), at the appropriate place in alphabetical order, there shall be inserted the following entry—

  • “A registered housing association within the meaning of Article 3(2) of the Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992.”.
