Regulation 120 Amendment of regulation 136 (revocation by licensing authority: further provisions)

Regulation 136 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)(a), for “list referred to in article 16f(1) of the 2001 Directive” substitute “relevant list”.
(3)
Omit paragraph (3).
