Regulation 35 Amendment of regulation 44 (requirement for wholesale dealers to deal only with specified persons)

in sub-paragraph (b), for “another EEA State” substitute “an approved country for import”; and

in sub-paragraph (c), for “from a third country (“A”) for export to a third country (“B”)”, substitute “from a country that is not an approved country for import (“A”), for export to a country that is not an approved country for import (“B”)”.

for “third countries” substitute “countries other than approved countries for import”; and

for “third country concerned” substitute “country to which the product is supplied”.

insert “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (c); and

omit sub-paragraph (e) (and “and” immediately preceding it).
