For regulation 3(13) substitute—

In regulation 20B (inspection of third country premises etc.)—

(a)

in the heading, at the end insert “, Northern Ireland”;

(b)

in paragraph (1)(a), for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Northern Ireland”;

(c)

in paragraph (1)(b) omit “, other than the United Kingdom, or in Gibraltar”;

(d)

in paragraph (1)(c) omit “or in Gibraltar”;

(e)

in paragraph (4), for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Northern Ireland”.”.
