For regulation 3(14) substitute—

“(14)

In regulation 20C (third country premises and third country suppliers: report of inspections etc.)—

(a)

in the heading, at the end insert “, Northern Ireland”;

(b)

in paragraph (1)—

(i)

after “This regulation applies” insert “in relation to Northern Ireland”;

(ii)

omit “, other than the United Kingdom, or in Gibraltar”.”.
