For regulation 3(15) substitute—

“(15)

In regulation 21A (inspection of documents to be held by an importing licence holder)—

(a)

in the heading, at the end insert “, Northern Ireland”;

(b)

in paragraph (1)(a), for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Northern Ireland”;

(c)

in paragraph (1)(b) omit “, other than the United Kingdom, or in Gibraltar”;

(d)

in paragraph (1)(c) omit “or in Gibraltar”.”.
