For regulation 3(16) substitute—

In regulation 22A (importing licence holders: requests for inspections)—

(a)

in the heading, at the end insert “, Northern Ireland”;

(b)

in paragraph (1)(a), for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Northern Ireland”;

(c)

in paragraph (1)(b) omit “, other than the United Kingdom, or in Gibraltar”;

(d)

in paragraph (1)(c) omit “or in Gibraltar”.”.
