Article 14
Section 9(2)f1 of the Act (further provisions as to common travel area: conditions applicable to certain arrivals on a local journey) shall have effect as if, after the words “British Citizens”, there were inserted “and do not hold leave to enter or remain granted to them before their arrival”.
