Regulation 10 Amendments relating to the delayed transfer of IBSS payment functions to the IBCA

In regulation 59 (IBCA support scheme payments: general), in paragraph (5)—

in sub-paragraph (a), in each of paragraphs (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv), for “2026” substitute “2027”;
(b)
in sub-paragraph (b) for “2025” substitute “2026”.
