Regulation 9 Amendments relating to the minimum earnings required for persons to qualify for exceptional loss award

In regulation 33 (exceptional reduced earnings), in paragraph (1)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a)(ii), at the end, omit “and”;

(b)

omit sub-paragraph (b).

(2)

In regulation 37 (financial loss (PAYE earnings) award), in paragraph (10), for the table substitute—
