The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(4) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974^f1, section 74 of the Judiciary and Courts (Scotland) Act 2008^f2 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with sections 10(2) of the 1974 Act and 71(4)(b) of the 2008 Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
