Regulation 129 Amendment of the Police Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1991

The Police Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1991^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(3)(interpretation), in the definition of “insurance company”^f2—

(a)

at the end of paragraph (a) omit “or”;

(b)

omit paragraph (b).
