Article 3 Amendment of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000

In section 235A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (contractual schemes)^f1, in subsection (6) after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa)

that the limited partnership is not designated under section 8(2) of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 as a private fund limited partnership;”.
