Regulation 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations—

• “limited liability partnership” means a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000;

• “the Principal Regulations” means the Reporting on Payment Practices and Performance Regulations 2017^f1.
