Article 3 Repeal of prohibition on unauthorised camping in designated districts

(1)

The following provisions of the 1985 Order are hereby repealed, namely—

(a)

Article 9 (prohibition of unauthorised camping in designated districts);

(b)

Article 10 (orders for removal of unlawfully parked caravans and their occupants);

(c)

the definition of “road” in Article 11.

(2)

For the definition of “caravan” and “caravan site” in Article 11 of the 1985 Order there shall be substituted—

  • ““caravan site” has the same meaning as in the 1963 c. 17 (N.I.).Caravans Act (Northern Ireland) 1963;”.
