Article 22 Amendment of the New Forest National Park Authority (Establishment) Order 2005

The New Forest National Park Authority (Establishment) Order 2005^f1 is amended, in article 5 (appointment of local authority members of the authority)—

(a)

by the substitution for paragraph (b) of—

“(b)
two members shall be appointed by the council for the county of Wiltshire;”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (c), at the end insert “and”; and

(c)

omit sub-paragraph (d).
