The Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (Establishment of Conservation Board) Order 2004^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 4 (specified number of Board members)—

(a)

in paragraph (1), for “17” substitute “15”;

(b)

in paragraph (2), for “15” substitute “14”.

(3)

In Schedule 1 (specified local authorities)—

(a)

omit “North Wiltshire District Council” and “West Wiltshire District Council”.
