Paragraph 1 Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 (c. 12)

In section 6(1A) of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965^f1 (exception to maximum shareholding in society) after “Act 2000” insert “or the power in section 1 of the Localism Act 2011”.
