Paragraph 3 Amendment of section 50

(1)

Amend section 50^f1 (default powers of the Privy Council) as follows.

(2)

In subsection (1)—

(a)

in paragraph (a), for “the Education Committee” substitute “the General Council”;

(b)

in paragraph (b), for “the General Council or the Education Committee” substitute “the General Council”; and

(c)

in the words following paragraph (b) omit “or that Committee as the case requires”.

(3)

Omit subsection (3).
