In the Hovercraft (General) Order 1972f1—

(a)

in article 7A, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004f2” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022f3”;

(b)

in article 17A, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 1996f4” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
