Paragraph 18 The Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Recruitment and Placement) Regulations 2014

In regulation 2(1) of the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Recruitment and Placement) Regulations 2014^f1, in the definition of “sea-going”, in sub-paragraph (d), for “regulation 8 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “regulation 14 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
