In regulation 2(2) of the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) Regulations 1997f1, in the definition of “sea-going”, in sub-paragraph (a)(iv), for “regulation 8 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “regulation 14 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
