In regulation 3(1) of the Merchant Shipping (Counting and Registration of Persons on Board Passenger Ships) Regulations 1999f1, in the definition of “high speed craft”, for “regulation 2 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “regulation 3 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
