Paragraph 13 The Consumer Credit (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2010

In regulation 2 of the Consumer Credit (Disclosure of Information) Regulations 2010^f1 (agreements to which these regulations apply), in sub-paragraphs (3)(a) and (4)(a) after “£60,260” insert “unless it is a residential renovation agreement”.
